This event was realized for the company BMW Motorrad. The elected place was Paramillos in the locality of Uspallata in Mendoza. For a whole of 110 persons, there were mounted structural tents, round tables and dressed chairs, there was offered a service personalized with a person by table. The menu consisted of an entry of mollejas and chichulines to the embers with salad of greens and cherry tomatoes, then costillar a la llama with glazed onions and regional potatoes made at the oven of mud and for the dessert mini flanes with creme caramel molds with sweet of milk, cream and almond brittles of caramel.

This event consisted of the commercial throwing of a Field Hotel located in the department of San Carlos of Mendoza placed in the middle of a farm of vineyards malbec. There was realized a tasting of three varieties of wines of a wine vault of the zone, realizing the close cooperation between the meal and these three varieties of wines. Mini spikes of wild boar offered chips as dad with rabbit to the marinade, chips as sweet potato with paté of chicken, stage of cheeses and regional meats, champignones and vegetables roast and pies mendocinas baked at the mud oven.

Mendoza is provided with one without number of field places with very good sceneries. In several opportunities we have proposed and used these to realize receptions of different events. In this case it was realized in our emblematic Hill of the Glory, historical monument. This place much next to the city of Mendoza is provided with an imposing sight of the mendocinean pedemonte. There wines were tasted along with stage of cheeses and meats, dry tomatoes in olive oil and fresh tomillo, bocaditos of vegetables grillados and pesto and chips of pumpkin with pasta of Roquefort.

At present the Wine-cellars of the mendocinean wine vaults are always very attractive, shaded and decorated places, in the subject-matter of the making and watch of wines. In this case the event consisted of a business meeting. For this we mount a table imperial type, which 16 persons could be located. A reception was realized also in the same Wine-cellar to taste wines prepared in this wine vault.
