This event was realized for the company BMW Motorrad. The elected place was Paramillos in the locality of Uspallata in Mendoza. For a whole of 110 persons, there were mounted structural tents, round tables and dressed chairs, there was offered a service personalized with a person by table. The menu consisted of an entry of mollejas and chichulines to the embers with salad of greens and cherry tomatoes, then costillar a la llama with glazed onions and regional potatoes made at the oven of mud and for the dessert mini flanes with creme caramel molds with sweet of milk, cream and almond brittles of caramel. |
